Home shirt as worn when Chelsea won a cup double in the 2006-07 season in the FA Cup and League Cup. However, after a disappointing 1-1 draw with Rosenborg in the 2007-08 Champions League campaign Jose Mourinho left the club by mutual consent and was replaced with Avram Grant. Despite not winning any trophies in the 2007-08 season Chelsea took the Premier League title race to the last day of the season, and made it to the 2008 Champions League final.
